Free Family Movies at Kinnelon Cinemas This Summer!
At Mommy University, we love finding unique learning opportunities for our readers. We have been collecting and publishing posts highlighting FREE (or low cost) movies that you can bring your children to this summer. Kinnelon Cinemas will be offering FREE movies as part of the Summer Kids Program.
Each week a different family friendly movie will be shown on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10 am between June 26 until August 21. Seats are limited and tickets will be distributed on a first come first serve bases. Also, they will be offering a kids refreshment pack for only $3 before 11 am.

Benefits of Summer Movies
Encourages Appropriate Social Behavior
This is a wonderful opportunity for children to practice appropriate social behavior. This will vary based on the age of the child. Two years ago, we brought my children who were just learning to sit through movies, and now we have no problem bringing them to movie theatre for new movies. Not only do kids learn to sit quietly, they also learn about personal space and not hitting the seat in front of them.
Promotes Conversation
This year, the Summer Kids Program will be playing the movie Boss Baby which is a movie my family loves. I know this is a movie that will generate different levels of conversation based on the children’s age.
Family Bonding
Kinnelon Cinemas plays movies that have been released a year ago to a few years ago. It is a wonderful way to bond with our children and share with them the magic of watching movies that entertain!

Please let me know how do I proceed booking the free movies in Stamford or Norwalk.Are these tickets distributed just before the movies been played in the theater. I would like to book for Tuesday i.e tommorrow
