Summer Drive-In Movies in NJ

Update for 2021!

One of my favorite summer activities is enjoying a drive-in movie! Due to the need for social distancing, drive-in movies made a big comeback in 2020. I am so happy to share that they will return in 2021 too! Although there is only ONE true drive-in in NJ, several pop-up locations are also available all summer long. In this post, we will share the drive-ins available in NJ (and the surrounding areas). We will continue to update this post to add more events as they are announced.

  1. It’s crazy how many drive-in theatres are in such a small state! I think they are becoming more popular (and may be even more popular this year since it’s easier to social distance!)
