It’s that time of year again! The flowers are peeking through thawing ground, the birds are chirping, and the sunlight is lasting longer. It’s spring! That also means that Easter is coming. At Mommy University, I have shared a lot of fun Easter events, but in this post, I wanted to highlight something many states don’t have, Easter at the Beach! Here are some fun and exciting Easter events and Egg Hunts you and your family can enjoy at the Jersey Shore.
Easter Fun at the Jersey Shore
Easter Egg Hunt at Belmar
A fun Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Belmar Beach on March 16 at 11am. There will be over 3500 eggs placed in the sand for children to find. There will be one golden egg in each age group that includes a ticket for a special prize. The Easter Bunny will also stop by for the fun!
Easter Egg Hunt at Seaside Heights
On March 24, families can enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt at Seaside Heights Beach. Girls and boys of all ages can help the Easter Bunny find lost eggs. The event starts at 1pm and guests will be grouped by age. In addition to the egg hunt, guests can enjoy games, music, activities, and tons of prizes. Plus, you will have the chance to meet the Easter Bunny!
Easter Egg Hunt on Jenkinson’s Boardwalk
On March 24 at 1pm, Families can enjoy a fun Easter Egg Hunt on Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. Children ages 0-10 will be divided into groups to participate in egg hunts at 3 different locations. There will also be a special needs/accessible egg hunt at the Adventure Lookout Ropes Course. Prizes include coupons for games, rides, food, and more. While there, why not head over and explore the aquarium for some brain boosting fun with family and friends?!
Photos with the Easter Bunny at Casino Pier
On March 24 and 31 1pm-3pm, families can take pictures with the man of the hour, the Easter Bunny! Photos will take place inside the arcade at Casino Pier. While there, why not take a stroll on the beach and take in the fresh air?!
Easter Egg Hunt at Bradley Beach
Sponsored by the Bradley Beach Fire Department, this fun Egg Hunt takes place on March 23 at 12pm at Newark Avenue Beach. The rain date will be March 30.
Cape May Easter Egg Hunt
Head down to Convention Hall Beach in Cape May on March 30 for a fun Egg Hunt. The event takes place from 11am-12pm on the beach.
Elks Annual Easter Egg Hunt
On March 30, the Elks will be hosting their Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the North Wildwood Beach at 12pm. Children ages 11 and under can hunt for Easter eggs and then collect prizes.
The Great Egg Hunt
On March 23 and 30 1pm-3pm, head down to the Ocean City Boardwalk for an exciting Easter egg hunt. The egg hunt will take place from 6th – 14th street with various stores on the boardwalk participating.
