Jump, bounce, flip and play! New Jersey is the home to some of the BEST places for kids (and kids at heart) to bounce around and get some exercise with friends and family. While playing, kids will enhance gross motor skills, balance, coordination and motor planning. There are so many amazing indoor places to play in NJ and some of our favorites include trampolines. Amazing Places to Jump and Bounce in NJ
Altitude Trampoline Park
Located in Woodbridge, Altitude Trampoline Park offers fun games and activities for all ages. In addition to traditional trampoline bouncing fun, guests can enjoy playing extreme dodgeball, flipping into a foam pit, flying on a trapeze, flipping on a tumbling track and playing trampoline basketball. In addition to open jumps, Altitude also offers group events, fundraising opportunities and birthday parties.
Bounce U
Kids will have a blast bouncing, jumping, climbing and playing for hours at Bounce U. There are locations in Paramus and West Windsor. Bounce U offers open bounces, family bounce, field trips, group events, parties and more.
Club Air
With 13 different activities, this indoor trampoline park in Warren offers endless fun and excitement for kids (and kids at heart). In addition to volleyball, obstacle courses, and basketball, Club Air also offers a rock climbing wall, sensory friendly events, toddler time, and adult night.
Get Air 
We recently went to Get Air for the first time, and I was so impressed. We visited the Mays Landing location which offers endless fun for kids of all ages (and kids at heart too). In addition to wall-to-wall trampolines, Get Air also features a climbing wall, trampoline basketball, foam pit, Ninja course and dodgeball. There is also a separate section, Kiddie Court, for little ones under 46 inches. Get Air offers ample seating for parents including massage chairs that provide views of the entire park. Get Air is located in Mays Landing and Freehold.
Launch
Located in Deptford, Launch Trampoline Park offers over 10 awesome attractions that will keep kids busy for hours. Guests can enjoy trampoline courts, basketball, dodgeball, tumble tracks, challenger course and more. Launch also offers an arcade and laser tag. Pump It Up
If your kids love bounce houses and bounce obstacle courses, then Pump It Up is the place for them! With 2 (Roselle Park and Freehold) locations in NJ, Pump It Up offers endless fun for kids of all ages. Each site offers open bounce times, special events, parties and even Sensory Jump events. From giant slides to bounce houses to basketball to climbing towers, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Rockin’ Jump
Located in Wayne, Rockin’ Jump offers endless opportunities for kids to have fun with family and friends. In addition to the open jump area, guests can also enjoy X-beam, Slam Dunk Zone, dodgeball, a ninja course, climbing walls and a foam pit. Rockin’ Jump offers one-time jump passes as well as memberships and special event tickets.
Sky Zone
The next time the weather stops you from enjoying outdoor play, then bounce, jump, flip and fly at Sky Zone. With locations in 9 NJ towns, Sky Zone offers hours of fun and excitement. Guests will love playing dodgeball and skyslam as well as jumping into the foam zone and going through the ninja course. They can even join the Dodgeball Academy. SkyWars, a simulated battle game that uses blasters and foam balls or darts, will also be a favorite for kids ages 8 and up.
Urban Air Adventure Park
With several locations throughout NJ, Urban Air Adventure Park is the perfect place to bring the family to play, bounce and jump. Urban Air offers ProZone performance trampolines, a tumble track, trampoline basketball, APEX trampolines, a battle beam, foam pit and DropZone. After bouncing, families can also enjoy climbing walls, warrior course, indoor playground, laser tag, virtual reality and more.
Xtreme Energy
Xtreme Energy, located in Englewood, is the perfect family destination since it offers fun for toddlers to teens! Kids can enjoy a ropes course, trampolines, virtual reality, rock climbing, ninja warrior course, and playscape which is a 3-level play maze for toddlers and little kids. While playing at Xtreme Energy, kids will build important gross and fine motor skills while also enhancing problem solving and social skills.
